 The mission of Loving Light Healing is to promote healing and balance of body, mind, and spirit; and to offer tools to empower you in your life journey. The essence of true health is inner harmony; with it comes a sense of peace, harmony, tranquility, love, balance and joy.
Everything is made of energy including our bodies andemotions. When we experience stress and/or trauma in our lives, the flow ofour life force energy becomes blocked creating tension,anxiety and illness.
